The mission statement of Hoffman Estates as listed in our bylaws is:The objective of the Association shall be to provide, promote, conduct, instruct and supervise athletic sports exhibitions, and places of recreation for the youth of this membership. The Hoffman Estates Athletic Association has one very basic philosophy and that is that “KIDS ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE”. The Association will provide the guidelines that will enable coaches to not only instruct the youth in the art and sport of cheerleading and football, but to install some very essential ideals in them at the same time.

Hoffman Estates Athletic Association (HEAA) has been around for over 55 years. We regularly have sent teams to the national championships. We believe our program to be a good model for others to follow. We currently have almost 300 total kids in our program.
