Instructional 5-9 years old (8 and 9 year olds under 90 lbs)
Competitive 8-14 years old (8 and 9 year olds over 90 lbs)
Cheer -
Instructional 5-9 years old
Competitive 9-14 years old
Game Only Cheer 10-14 years old

HEAA is the only local Pop Warner team that competes for the National Championships held at Disneyworld for both Football and Cheer.
All children are welcome regardless of experience
